Main features:
- our overhead chain conveyors consist of a mechanical structure composed of a track biplanar chain, pincers and support for a fast and automatic leathers release
- the system eases the transport of leathers taken from a selected point (generally a tank or a conveyor belt) to another (or more) position near the operator
- two types of automatic release are available:
- the operator presses the button to stop the chain making the release in the point he prefers
- through a photocell, placed in a selected point, that detects the leather and allows its release
- the length of the system and pincers quantity depend on Customer’s exigency
Materials:
- painted carbon iron galvanized iron
- AISI 304 (or AISI 316) stainless steel
- partially in galvanized iron and partially in stainless steel
LIFTING MAST
completely according to your needs
Main features:
- composed of a base fixed on the ground with lifting arms moved by hydraulic piston
- it‘s used to lift leather tanks making the emptying easier
- the operator controls the lifting mast through electric control panel, push-buttons strip or control pedal with dead-mancontrol; if the lifting mast is part of an installation, the installation can control it
- the lifting arms can be adjusted according to Customer’s needs
Materials:
- entirely painted carbon iron
- AISI 304 (or AISI 316) entirely stainless steel structure but cylinders, tank and power plant in painted carbon iron, PVC electric control panel
- AISI 304 (or AISI 316) entirely stainless steel structure, cylinders, tank and electric control panel
- hot galvanized or acierated structure
